Registrar: The chief administrative officer of the polytechnic, responsible for maintaining student records, managing admissions, and coordinating academic activities.
Bursar: The financial officer of the polytechnic, responsible for managing the institution’s finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
Librarian: The officer responsible for managing the library resources and services that support the academic and research needs of students and faculties.
